Administration Officer Art Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to provide vital support across property management and the University's unique art collection. The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Management Director and a supportive team, taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting art and property projects.
The role requires providing strong administrative support, managing diaries and correspondence, coordinating events, and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
* Managing diaries and correspondence to maintain effective communication
* Coordinating events and meetings to support business objectives
* Delivering exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as Archibus and Finance One
* Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles involving diary management, correspondence, event coordination, and client service
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions
* A relevant associate-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience
