About the role
As our CNS2, you'll be an integral part of the dynamic MPS management team. This diverse and exciting role covers four MPS sites and a total of 72 aged care beds. You will provide advanced nursing assessments for conditions such as delirium, dementia, cognitive impairment, confusion, and behavioural disturbances in older adults. Additionally, you'll manage, treat, and offer clinical support to residents across the four MPS, including providing information and education to residents, carers, and healthcare professionals.
The Rainbow Region, where this role is based, features stunning forests, waterfalls, fertile farmland, artistic villages, and relaxed seaside communities. You can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
