Starting Pay: Dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
* Complete work orders including changing light bulbs, filters, painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, and other maintenance tasks as assigned
* Assist with maintenance of community grounds, fences, parking areas, community buildings, pools, spas, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stations
* Maintain service and power equipment, tools, and kitchen appliances
* Keep preventative maintenance records and utilize work order systems for tracking repairs
* Conduct daily inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
* Promote safety by identifying and resolving hazards for residents, visitors, and staff
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Requirements:
* At least 6 months of experience in residential maintenance
* Experience with drywall, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance
* Understanding of building and fire safety protocols
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and high attention to detail
* Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting between 50-100 lbs
* Availability to work after hours if needed
* Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one
