Job Overview
As a Quality and Delivery Specialist, you'll oversee the execution of quality assurance and project delivery strategies across multiple phases to ensure seamless handover, system readiness, and alignment with safety and performance standards.
You will be responsible for supporting the approval and implementation of Quality Management Plans, ensuring Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) meet project and quality requirements, conducting and supervising routine inspections, audits, and checks, monitoring compliance with ISO standards, reviewing method statements for quality and safety alignment, organizing third-party and non-destructive testing (NDT) as required, maintaining accurate site records for project close-out and handover, controlling quality-related documentation, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
Key responsibilities include tracking deliverables such as test reports, warranties, and certificates, compiling and submitting monthly progress reports to stakeholders, constructing and managing Operations and Maintenance manuals in line with contractual and regulatory standards, aligning quality activities with construction schedules, facilitating timely RFIs/TQs and submission of quality deliverables, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth transitions, assisting in commissioning and handover strategies, including inspections and testing, promoting quality awareness, and conducting training workshops, performing audits on subcontractors, and tracking corrective actions, resolving quality issues and nonconformities through corrective measures, contributing to ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System.
