Job Title: Globalview Lead Implementation Consultant
About the Role:
This is a complex operational/end to end implementation/service delivery role where you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through successful provision of consulting and implementation services to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP)
2. Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on client requirements
3. Design and document client solutions including their business requirements and any program specifications required according to guidelines
4. Ensure timely and accurate creation of deliverables, such as blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, configuration audits, and configuration documentation
5. Manage project scope, slippage, and risks, escalating issues when necessary
6. Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configurations
7. Provide sample test scripts and support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases
8. Liaise with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* End-to-end implementation experience
* Strong knowledge of payroll, human resources, portal or time management systems
* Experience in SAP ERP system (desirable)
* Demonstrated leadership experience in an implementation lead role
* Certifications/qualifications in related fields (preferred)
