Job Benefits

* Great workhours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
* Full Time AND Casual positions are available
* Work on Hamilton Island & Airlie Beach
Qualifications & experience
* Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
* Current ARCtick licence
* QLD Restricted Electrical Licence (or full Electrical Licence – highly regarded)
* Manual driver's licence
* Experience in split systems, ducted systems, and commercial refrigeration
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Great customer service skills are essential
* Marine experience will be highly valued but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
* Help Grow & Expand the Air Conditioning unit of our business
* Perform and Co-ordinate Split system installations
* Manage customer Air Conditioning servicing work and schedules
* Ensure Fault Finding is performed fast and accurately
* Work in high rise hotels, luxury homes/units & luxury boats
