About the role
The Department of Justice's Strategy, Planning and Performance Directorate is seeking suitably experienced Senior Project Officers for two permanent roles currently available for immediate placement.
Key responsibilities
Data-driven strategy formation involving analysis of drivers of performance and benefits.
Collaborative workshops and engagement to support Divisions and Offices with business planning.
Provision of a department-wide supportive Program Management Office to help teams prioritise, plan and deliver successfully.
Creation and delivery of a department-wide innovation framework to support safe and effective improvement trials.
Various program and project management supports.
Required qualifications
Experience driving results through project management and execution.
Ability to workshop co-designed solutions and work with senior and Executive leaders.
Skills in analysing outcomes and internal operations with an intent to drive options for senior level decision-making.
