Administration Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant in our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage documents, files, and records accurately and efficiently.
* Perform data entry and word processing tasks with precision and speed.
* Order stationery and office supplies as needed.
* Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Well-developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to support the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
