* Construction of a 7.5mtpa Lump & Fines crushing plant
* Construction of NPI/HME facilities including
o Diesel power station
o Fuel Farm
o Washdown Bay
o HME/BMW Workshops
o Tyre Jacking Pad / Workshop
o Bore network
* Site Administration complex
* Communications tower and fibre network
