About the Group Retail Manager Role
This leadership position is ideal for a client-service focused, energetic, and passionate individual looking to take their management career to the next level.
The successful candidate will oversee operations across three retail sites, directly managing one store, while mentoring and supporting two additional store managers.
They will have the ability to negotiate flexible hours to suit both the business needs and their personal needs, and weekend work will be required.
Our training program provides our Retail Managers with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities, including:
* Managing and being responsible for KPIs set for 2 store managers and associated staff
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store they directly manage
* Training and developing a team of retail assistants
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Providing exceptional customer service and water testing advice for chemical & equipment solutions
* Coordinating stock control and merchandising across all stores
* Managing store opening procedures and cash handling
About You
Whilst previous multi-site retail management and leadership experience is preferred, our training program will give you the skills required for the role.
