About the Role
As a Change & Transition Lead, you will be responsible for supporting roles at multiple Distribution Centres across Australia and our Centralised Support teams transition to a more modern and integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Working with a highly experienced and collaborative change and project team you will initially help document a detailed understanding of stakeholders and the change impacts. Based on this understanding of stakeholders and the change impacts you will then leverage your experience on complex projects to help craft a practical and well-thought-through change approach that mitigates risk and supports the seamless and successful transition with an unwavering focus on the end user experience.
This is a 12 Month FTC.
You will also:
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholder groups
* Develop and tailor communication and awareness material
* Support the development & delivery of learning and help material
* Take the lead on developing a structured and integrated approach for engaging our site based Warehouse Coaches
* Coach and mentor our Warehouse Coaches to enable the building of change capability
* Identify lead and lag change readiness and adoption metrics and develop an approach to keeping sites informed of how they are tracking
* Support the management and tracking of our change management deliverables
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
* Support the project business team with aligning processes across sites prior to the system transition
* Help plan out transition and Go Live activities for each site
About you and your skills
You understand the unique requirements of managing change for a system implementation and working across multiple geographies. You have the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at Distribution Centres and in Central Support and a demonstrated ability to deliver tangible project outcomes that positively impact the end user experience.
You will also demonstrate the following:
* You are proactive and flexible, able to adapt your approach to tackle challenges in a fast paced and complex environment
* You are self-sufficient and independent able to deliver project outcomes based on a detailed project plan with support from the change team
* Hands on experience managing system related change including the delivery of communication and engagement collateral
* Confident in engaging with stakeholders from the warehouse floor to the executive level
* Strong knowledge of the identification and reporting of lead and lag change and adoption readiness metrics
* Excellent planning and organisation skills including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work activities simultaneously
* An understanding of Supply Chain or Operations environments is highly regarded
