An exciting **Brisbane based** opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven **Territory Manager****:
- Chronic Pain** to support our _Neuromodulation_ business**.**
Reporting to the _Regional Sales Manager_, you will join a team that is focused on transforming the treatment of chronic pain and movement disorders through innovation, clinical leadership and life-changing technology.
As Territory Manager - Chronic Pain, you will be responsible for maximising the sales volume and market share of designated products within the assigned territory.
**The main aspects of this role include**:
- Completing Neuromodulation product certification
- Achieving sales targets and increasing market share for assigned territory; implementing and executing on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development
- Developing relationships and servicing key customer groups including utilising key customer networks
- Supporting implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory
- Managing your consignment stock
- Assisting with product marketing and launches
- Providing market feedback on product and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline equivalent (biomedical, nursing, human movement)
- Demonstrated proficiency with selling skills in a framework in the medical devices industry
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
- Patient-centric, customer-focused and empathetic
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate clinical detail into relatable information
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment
- Flexibility to attend 24 hour on-calls on occasion and travel interstate / internationally where required
