What Sets Konekt Apart
Konekt Workcare Makes a Difference by helping Australians into work, back to work, and supporting their wellbeing at work to maximise workforce participation. We’re looking for self-starting graduates to join our two-year graduate program, becoming part of our supportive team of rehabilitation consultants in our mission to help Australians be safe and well at work.
Every day can look different at Konekt, but generally, you will:
1. Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, or work-debilitating illnesses.
2. Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
3. Perform specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing).
4. Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
5. Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients’ progress toward their return-to-work goals.
6. Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
What’s in it for you?
By joining Konekt’s nationwide team, you’ll be part of one of Australia’s largest workplace injury prevention providers. We pride ourselves on helping people enjoy the health benefits of work, supporting both individuals and organisations to achieve their potential. You will gain exposure to various workplaces, including government, mining, retail, emergency services, manufacturing, transport, security, hospitality, and labour hire. As part of the APM Group, an international healthcare organisation, you’ll have opportunities for professional development within a global network of health brands.
We also care for our people, offering:
* Flexibility with a hybrid working model and autonomy to manage your diary.
* Supportive setup including fleet cars, work phones, and laptops.
* Options to work a compressed 9-day fortnight after probation, up to 16 weeks parental leave, and additional leave options.
* Quarterly bonus payments for KPI achievement and exceeding targets.
* Access to free personal and professional development courses.
* Wellbeing programs, discounted health insurance, and access to the Sonder safety app community.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
* A degree in Exercise Physiology.
* Eligibility for ESSA accreditation upon graduation.
* Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
* Desirable but not essential: eligibility for Comcare accreditation.
* Current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check.
* Full driver’s license; own vehicle not necessary.
