About the Role
We're looking for a driven and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team in the battery and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) market.
This role is focused on maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities and passing qualified leads to the Business Manager.
A key part of the role will be engaging with electrical wholesalers and contractor networks, leveraging your understanding of how these channels operate to drive consistent demand for both battery and UPS solutions.
You'll be on the road, in front of customers, and playing a key role in keeping revenue flowing through consistent engagement and opportunity spotting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
* Conduct regular face-to-face visits and check-ins
* Build strong branch-level relationships within wholesaler networks
* Identify new sales opportunities within accounts
* Prospect and uncover new business opportunities
* Qualify leads and hand over to the Business Manager
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Consistently meet daily call and visit targets
About You
* Previous experience in B2B sales (ideally industrial, electrical, or technical products)
* Exposure to electrical wholesalers and an understanding of how the channel operates (highly regarded)
* Working knowledge of UPS systems and/or backup power solutions (highly regarded)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-motivated with a high activity mindset
* Comfortable with regular travel
* Organised and disciplined with CRM usage
* Ability to spot opportunities and think commercially
* Must have a reliable, modern, and safe personal vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance for work-related travel

Location & Travel
* Melbourne-based (preferred), with travel to Sydney1 week every 6 weeks OR
