Organize and coordinate food and beverage operations at a racing venue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determine operational requirements for events, including supplies, equipment, and resources
* Coordinate logistics for event setup and pack down
* Manage casual staff by setting service standards and conducting briefings
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding dietary needs and food requirements
* Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
* Proven track record of managing a casual workforce on shift
* Strong knowledge of best practice food and beverage service standards
* Current RSA certificate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
