The Opportunity
We're looking for a Site Operations Manager to join our team at our Dandenong location.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Supporting the wellbeing and engagement of workers, including onboarding, check-ins, performance discussions, and retention.
* Managing timesheets and payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinating worker mobilisation and onsite logistics.
* Assisting with incident response, including transporting employees to clinics when required.
* Conducting VEVO checks and reporting as needed.
* Overseeing attendance, client relations, and employee management to maintain a productive, positive, and safe environment.
What We are Looking For:
* A people-focused leader who thrives in a hands-on role.
* Proven experience managing people or teams.
* Strong administration, HR, or payroll background is highly regarded.
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check.
* Willingness and ability to be vaccinated against Q Fever.
