Full-Time Housekeeper / Personal Assistant – Acreage Property | Family & Business Support

Are you an organised, proactive and resourceful person who loves variety and keeping things running smooth? We're a time‑poor family running multiple businesses from our acreage property and are looking for a full-time Housekeeper / Personal Assistant who can confidently manage both home and admin tasks with minimal direction.


Location

Location: Mardi, NSW
Type: Full‑Time (Monday–Friday)
Start Date: Immediate start available


About Us

We're a busy household of four living on a scenic acreage in Mardi. Between raising two children, looking after several animals and managing multiple businesses, our days are full and long. We're looking for someone dependable, switched‑on and discreet who can become a long‑term support for our home and life.


What You'll Be Doing


Housekeeping & Home Support

* General home cleaning (bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces)
* Laundry: washing, drying, folding and putting clothes away
* Tidying and organising – fridge, pantry, cupboards, linen, wardrobes, etc.
* Family meal prep and cooking
* Managing household supplies and groceries (ordering, shopping, restocking)
* Coordinating trades and services (cleaners, gardeners, maintenance, deliveries)
* Keeping common areas and outdoor entertaining areas neat and guest‑ready


Personal Assistant & Admin Support

* Managing and booking appointments (personal, family and occasional business)
* Assisting with emails, online orders and basic inbox organisation
* Filing and basic document organisation (digital and paper)
* Creating simple lists, reminders, calendars and schedules to keep everyone on track
* Running errands (post office, click‑and‑collect, etc.)


What We're Looking For

* A self‑starter who takes initiative and pride in their work
* Previous housekeeping, house manager or domestic assistance experience preferred
* Experience in a PA / admin / coordinator style role is highly regarded
* Comfortable with children and good with animals (we have several)
* Tech‑savvy enough to manage basic admin tasks (email, calendar, online orders, simple spreadsheets, etc.)
* Trustworthy, discreet and respectful of boundaries and privacy
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise without constant supervision
* Comfortable working by themselves
* Current driver's licence and own vehicle required


Role Details

* Full‑Time: Monday–Friday (standard full‑time hours, some flexibility for the right person)
* Long‑term role with a welcoming, down‑to‑earth family
* All cleaning equipment and products provided
