About the Role
You'll work closely with an experienced commercial partner and take an active role in advising clients across a broad range of matters, including:
* Shareholder agreements and advisory work
* Business and corporate structuring
* Drafting and negotiating business agreements
* Partnership and joint venture agreements
* Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters (desirable, not essential)
This is a hands‑ons role with real responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to grow within a respected commercial practice rather than being confined to narrow tasks.
About You
* Admitted lawyer with solid commercial law experience (Associate or Senior Associate level)
* Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment
* Comfortable dealing directly with clients and stakeholders

* Insolvency experience is a plus, but not a requirement
