Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent communication and team-building skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will lead by example, motivating the team to provide exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and drive revenue growth through excellent service.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service.
* Supervising, coaching, and developing food and beverage staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards.
* Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
* Collaborating with the general manager, front office manager, and kitchen to coordinate service and special events.
* Working closely with the marketing team to develop and launch strategic promotions that drive revenue for food and beverage throughout the year.
* Overseeing day-to-day bar operations, including service delivery and setup.
* Collaborating with the executive chef to design drinks menus and pairings.
* Championing social media content and submitting it to the marketing team on a regular basis.
* Leading and managing the daily operations of Mamacita, the café, and all F&B outlets.
* Driving team performance and delivering exceptional service standards across all venues.
* Collaborating with culinary and bar teams to innovate menus and guest experiences.
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Managing cash handling and financial procedures during shifts.
* Supporting promotional activities aimed at increasing food and beverage revenue.
* Fostering a positive team environment, promoting professionalism, and ensuring a safe workplace.
