To complement our existing Board, we are looking for individuals with one or more of the following skillsets: Government Relations, Philanthropy, Commercial Experience, IT Strategy and data governance, and Financial Performance.
Additionally, we are seeking to appoint the role of Treasurer, and welcome people with this specific skill set to apply.
Directors actively contribute via Membership of either the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, or the Governance Committee.
Experience:We encourage those with or without Board experience to apply. We will provide additional support and development opportunities to those without significant Board experience.

Meetings and time commitment:The Board meets four times per year on average with active Board committees that meet regularly in addition to this. Applicants should have the ability to commit around 5-10 hours per month to Director duties. Board and Committee meetings are held both in-person in Hobart and online.
