Role Overview: Remote Trilingual Helpdesk Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
Documenting customer interactions and solutions thoroughly.
Collaborating with team members via MS Teams, Outlook, and VOIP.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Required Skills:
Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over phone, chat, and email.
Proficiency with helpdesk software, remote desktop tools, MS Office 365, etc.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Job Requirements:
