Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team, providing telephone and remote IT support to our Store and Support Office Team Members.
This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to support requests via our Helpdesk system, providing after-hours support on a rotational basis, and assisting in new store setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide telephone and remote IT support to Store and Support Office Team Members
* Respond to support requests via the Helpdesk system
* Provide after-hours support on a rotational on-call basis for critical operations
* Assist in new store setup, may require occasional travel
Requirements
* Experience in support/call centre environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365
* Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong attention to detail
* Resourcefulness and multi-tasking ability
* Outstanding problem-solving skills
