Drive Business Growth as a Store Leader

We are seeking passionate and experienced retail leaders for our store in Canberra. If you have a strong background in driving sales, achieving KPIs, customer engagement, and team development, we want to hear from you.


The Role & Responsibilities

* Optimize Store Performance: Ensure efficient operation of your store to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
* Motivate Your Team: Motivate your team to achieve KPI and sales targets, including added value initiatives.
* Monitor Sales Performance: Monitor store sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, acknowledging successes and addressing missed opportunities.
* Manage Wage Costs Effectively: Manage wage costs effectively, adhering to rostering standards and wage targets.
* Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and support their development through training and succession planning.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and maintain a safe working environment.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

* Experience in Retail Operations: Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
* Leadership Skills: A motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring teams.
* Sales Achievement: A proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
* Operational Experience: Operational experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
