Following a successful launch, they’re now expanding the team and looking for driven individuals to help support their next phase of growth.
The Role
This newly created, full-time role is based in Bondi Junction. You’ll work closely with the Founders, Head of Credit, and a small team of Lending Specialists to help shape the future of the Lending Support function.
You'll manage the end-to-end loan process – from initial enquiry through to settlement – while building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through each stage. There’s a strong customer education focus, so you’ll be confident in communicating the product offering clearly and addressing any questions or concerns.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting involved in shaping process and policy, and who wants to play a key part in the team’s success.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Managing inbound enquiries across the customer journey
* Assisting with loan applications and underwriting within your DLA
* Resolving customer needs with care and efficiency
* Contributing to process and policy improvements
* Supporting business projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Experience in home lending or relationship management (e.g., Servicing Lending Specialist, Home Lending Manager, or similar)
* Solid knowledge of credit and the end-to-end lending process
* Strong communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Great attention to detail and sound judgment
* Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to get involved
The Finer Details
* Full-time, permanent
* Based in Bondi Junction – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
* $80K–$100K + super + bonus (depending on experience)
