About the Role:
* To provide vision and direction for the Science and Mathematics curriculum
* To lead and manage a team of educators to achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
* To develop and implement curriculum strategies to improve student engagement and achievement
* To work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing curriculum plans to meet departmental and school-wide goals
2. Leading and managing a team of educators to achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
3. Fostering a collaborative and supportive educational environment
4. Monitoring and evaluating student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with parents, community groups, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Education or related field
* Minimum 5 years experience in curriculum leadership or teaching
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
