We're looking for a motivated and reliable Mechanic to join our team. This role suits someone who's confident with general servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, and who's keen to keep developing their skills in a supportive workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles
* Conduct diagnostic checks and identify mechanical and electrical faults
* Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine work as required
* Maintain accurate service records and follow workshop procedures
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
* Communicate clearly with the workshop manager and customers when needed
* Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with WHS requirements
* Carry out roadworthy inspections (if certified) or assist senior technicians
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 years experience as a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (or similar)
* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
