Overview
Data Quality Officer ) — Keswick, Adelaide, Australia. 12-Month Assignment | AUD60–AUD61 per hour. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of customer and network data, with emphasis on supporting customers who rely on life support systems.
You’ll be part of a team-oriented team where your data expertise contributes to the delivery of secure and reliable services across the community.
What you’ll be doing
- Investigating and resolving customer/property data issues.
- Processing property address updates and corrections using online systems.
- Managing life support notifications and maintaining the Life Support Register.
- Linking NMIs to the correct SPID across GIS and Low Voltage Networks.
- Reconciling and cleansing addressing data for National Electricity Market systems.
- Educating and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data standards and quality.
- Providing excellent customer service for life support enquiries.
What we’re looking for
- Industry experience, ideally within an energy retailer or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of life support processes (highly regarded).
- Proven skills in data management and reconciliation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving data issues.
