Job Description: We're seeking an Assistant Vice President – Sales (Australia Market) to support the Australia Sales VP in driving regional growth and expanding market presence. This role is ideal for a locally based Australian sales professional with strong experience in furniture retail—especially sofas—and national channel development. Key Responsibilities: Support the Australia Sales VP in achieving regional sales targets and executing market expansion strategies Develop new sales channels and acquire new customers across Australia Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities; provide actionable market insights Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, sample requests, and delivery schedules Collect, analyze, and manage customer feedback and complaints; liaise with Quality teams and ensure timely resolution Maintain strong client relationships and provide pre-sales and after-sales support Travel frequently across Australia to support customers and business development activities Qualifications: Bachelors degree or above Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience, preferably in furniture, home furnishing, building materials, or consumer products Local Australian candidate with solid understanding of the local retail and distribution market Hands-on experience in home furniture retail sales, ideally sofa products Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure Willing and able to travel extensively within Australia
