Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator & Copywriter to take ownership of JACK App's written communications and marketing initiatives. This role is central to shaping how our brand communicates with customers and prospects — across website content, email marketing (EDMs), event promotions, and webinars.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a knack for storytelling, excellent project coordination abilities, and the ability to juggle multiple marketing activities in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Creation
* Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for the website, blogs, social posts, case studies, and product materials.
* Develop engaging copy for EDMs, nurturing sequences, and client communications.
* Maintain consistency in tone of voice across all customer-facing channels.
* Write engaging scripts for video content, including product explainers, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
Email Marketing (EDMs)
* Plan, write, and schedule regular EDMs to clients and prospects.
* Optimise email content for engagement, click-throughs, and conversions.
* Report on performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and recommend improvements.
Event & Webinar Coordination
* Coordinate the planning and execution of webinars, product demos, and marketing events.
* Manage event logistics, promotional campaigns, and follow-up communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and high audience engagement.
Marketing Co-ordination & Support
* Assist with campaign planning and execution alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing.
* Maintain the marketing content calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
* Support cross-functional initiatives such as product launches and partnerships.
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2+ years in marketing coordination, communications, or copywriting (preferably in SaaS, construction, or related industries).
* Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* Proven ability to coordinate events and/or webinars.
* Familiarity with social media and content management tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bonus: experience with SEO optimisation or webinar platforms.
