Problem solving skill and Basic Carpentry Skills
Experience in installing Window furnishings / Security Doors
Experience in measuring and check measuring
A current Drivers Licence
A current car licence is required for this position
Current police check or eligible to get police clearance
Candidates must either have a current police check or be eligible to obtain police clearance
Excellent diligence and communication skills
A professional approach to their work and clients
We will train right person with workable attitude to bridge the skill gap

Customer Service/Administration Position
Duties and Responsibilities
Serving customers in our showroom. Helping them to select products, colours, finishes and textures
Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email, Booking in quotes/installations
General administration/office duties such as answering the phones, responding emails, coping/scanning/printing
Taking payments, Data entry, General cleaning of showroom/displays
Available to work full time hours, 7.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of the window furnishing industry (not necessary)
Knowledge of computers, MS Office, Multitasking skills, Good problem-solving skills
Time management skills, Attention to detail, Be reliable, punctual, and well presented
