We are seeking a part time Commercial Property Manager, responsible for a shopping precinct in Mandurah.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
* Managing approximately 30 tenants
* Liaison with tenants, owners and third parties
* Collection of rent and management of rental arrears
* Maintenance schedules management
* Routine inspections and repairs
* Procuring information and images for social media & other advertising
* Being prepared to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts on rare occasion
The successful applicant will have:-
* At least 1 year's experience as a property manager in commercial real estate
* Impeccable organisation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* A good understanding of marketing and promotional events for retail centres
* Basic understanding of how social media works
* A motivated "can-do" attitude
* Ability to lead a team in the future
