Administration Assistant - Townsville Employment Type: Casual, with the opportunity to transition to permanent Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Pay Rate: $41 - $44 per hour About the Role This role provides administrative support to the Operations team, with a strong focus on payroll processing, purchasing, invoicing, and reporting. You will play a key part in ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly and accurately across the business. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage purchase orders and goods receipting using SAP Prepare and process vendor invoices and billing documentation Support payroll processing using SAP and Kronos Compile weekly billing, invoicing, and Work in Progress (WIP) reports Manage accounts receivable and equipment utilisation records Maintain accurate electronic filing and document control using Google Drive Monitor shared inboxes and distribute enquiries as required Order and maintain office stationery supplies Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries Provide onsite administrative support at other locations when required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Ensure supervisors are informed of issues and assist with solutions Safety & Teamwork Follow workplace health and safety requirements Participate in safety inspections and team meetings Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You Essential Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role Strong organisation and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident written and verbal communication skills Customer?focused and self?motivated Desirable Experience with SAP (R3, S/4HANA, Ariba) Experience with Kronos payroll systems Experience using Google Workspace (G Suite) To Apply To apply, visit www.achievegroup.com.au and submit your application via the advertised job link.
