A position has just become available in our high paced customer service division of BNK Bank based on the beautiful Gold Coast. Supporting customers with their day to day home loan enquiries, you will be the first point of contact utilizing our CRM and Core Banking systems.
Experience in Home Lending customer service or a banking/finance background is essential for this role with a remuneration package dependent on experience and skills.
Your exceptional customer service and organisation will enable you to become part of a professional team dedicated to providing first class level of service to our lending customers.
About You
Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential.
You will have experience in Home Lending/banking and be dedicated to providing a high level of service to our customers through providing them with the knowledge they require to navigate their loans.
The ability to multi task will be one of your strengths as well as having the capability to navigate multiple systems.
