About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to manage all facets of human resources strategy and operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, staff learning and development, workplace health and safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
* Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent
* Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
* Oversee performance management and payroll processes
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
* Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
