About Our Apprenticeship Programme
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Fitter Machinist.
* As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradesmen and engineers in a hands-on environment where you can learn by doing.
You will be responsible for workshop-based mechanical repairs, gearboxes, pumps, brakes and other equipment. Your tasks may also include dismantling, cleaning and assessing parts using precision tools such as lathes and mill machines. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the workshop premises you may assist with on-site deliveries within local areas or sandblasting/spray painting components.
About You
* A positive attitude towards learning is essential
* High level of mechanical aptitude is preferred
The ideal candidate must hold a current driver's license as some aspects of the role require transporting materials or personnel within designated areas.
