Our school leaver recruitment strategy is seeking a Coordinator to drive student recruitment activities. This role involves coordinating specialist acquisition functions, developing and executing the recruitment strategy in key regional areas, and managing the overall recruitment onboarding rostering and performance management of our student ambassadors team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in student recruitment project management and relationship building. They will possess demonstrated experience through a record of achievement and success in a senior sales and/or student recruitment role, as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills. We are looking for someone who can be innovative and creative when developing effective ways to promote University and TAFE courses.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute student recruitment strategies across multiple regional areas
* Coordinate specialist acquisition functions of student recruitment activities
* Manage the overall recruitment onboarding rostering and performance management of student ambassadors
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment
* Be accountable for achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements
* Proven experience in student recruitment project management and relationship building
* Senior sales or student recruitment experience with a proven track record of success
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
