Our Opportunity
Fortescue's Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people. Roster: 7D7N7R from Perth. We're seeking motivated Process Operators to join our team at Iron Bridge. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive team committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor wet or dry plant processing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Follow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent performance.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
* Provide clear and thorough shift handovers and maintain daily reports/logs.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
* Identify and mitigate hazards promptly to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications And Experience
* Experience operating large‑scale wet or dry processing plants (mining experience highly regarded).
* Strong safety focus and ability to conduct risk assessments.
* Previous exposure to control room operations is advantageous.
* Mobile plant operation experience (Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane, Telehandler) desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, including effective two‑way radio communication.
* A valid C Class Driver's Licence .
