About the Role
Elevate Engineering Consultants is seeking a motivated Civil / Structural Drafter (Intermediate to Senior level) to join our growing team on the Central Coast.
This is a full-time role offering a flexible work-from-home environment, while still providing strong support, collaboration, and exposure to a wide range of projects.
You will work across residential and small commercial projects, taking ownership of drafting and documentation, while working closely with engineers.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare structural and civil drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D
* Produce detailed documentation packages for DA, CC and construction
* Draft footing layouts, slabs, framing plans, retaining walls, stormwater, driveway profiles and civil details
* Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, and builders
* Assist with design development and mark-ups from engineers
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
* 2–5+ years’ experience in civil and/or structural drafting
* Strong AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D proficiency (essential)
* Experience with residential construction detailing (highly regarded)
* Understanding of structural and/or civil design principles
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
* Strong communication skills with Engineers
* Must be based on the Central Coast or willing to relocate.
* TAFE or University Drafting Qualification
Desirable (but not essential)
* Exposure to structural software (e.g. SpaceGass, ClearCalcs)
