Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
Manage freight and coordinate online sale deliveries
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding faulty product returns and resolutions
Ensure timely and accurate handling of stock movements and logistics
Maintain operational standards and support team performance
Implement and monitor processes for continuous improvement
To be successful you must:
Demonstrateexcellent time managementandmulti-taskingskills
Have abasic knowledge of technologyand systems used in retail operations
Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment and leading by example

Strong organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
