As a Store Manager and Corporate B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for :

Local Networking

* Develop and maintain relationships with local external stakeholders such as service providers and shopping center management. Suggest actions to foster collaboration, negotiate the best conditions, and enhance our company's positioning and business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, local retail initiatives, and competitors' actions to inform business development and strategic planning.
* Provide the company with ongoing market insights, identify opportunities and threats, and recommend appropriate actions.
* Promote the company as a reliable B2B supplier for custom-made and promotional apparel items.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.

Business Results & Efficiency

* Deliver excellent omnichannel customer service and oversee the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
* Regularly analyze commercial indicators, define action plans, and implement timely adjustments.
* Supervise CRM activities to maximize their effectiveness.
* Plan and allocate store activities efficiently to maximize team productivity.
* Evaluate work quality, service standards, and compliance with company procedures.
* Supervise warehouse stock levels, coordinate with merchandising and field teams to align stock with sales potential.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the team for store and brand development.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
* Present and promote corporate items, including branded merchandise and promotional products.
* Conduct product presentations to decision-makers and procurement teams.
* Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery.
* Achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs set by the Area Manager.

Talent Management & Acquisition

* Set and monitor team targets, conducting performance evaluations and developing improvement plans.
* Hold regular team meetings to share results, gather feedback, and align on goals and priorities.
* Motivate and inspire the team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
* Support professional growth through coaching and development initiatives.
* Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and oversee ongoing training programs.
* Participate actively in recruitment efforts and promote company referral programs.
* Plan and manage vacation schedules to ensure business continuity and team efficiency.
* Handle internal conflicts with HR support, fostering a positive team environment.
* Contribute to building a corporate culture based on trust, collaboration, and brand loyalty.

You are the perfect match if you :

* Have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in a Menswear brand.
* Possess strong knowledge of Menswear products.
* Can build and maintain a local network effectively.
* Are a natural salesperson, highly motivated to meet targets (KPIs).
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building client relationships.
* Are flexible to work on weekends.
* Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Are fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
