YOUR NEW ROLE:
As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will be working with clients directly so it is preferred if you have a customer service background. Your responsibilities include:
resolving technical problems (by tracing, logging and replicating issues)
regularly updating client on progress and updating CRM system
cross collaborate with developers and peers
sharing best practices and maximising product's business value
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SQL skills and concept of relational database
availability to work on paid rostered weekends (on rotation every 6 to 7 weeks)
