In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our manufacturing and production processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in our operations.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.Implement productive systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information.Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.Design control systems to coordinate production planning.Analyse production data to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with the R&D; team on the development of new foundation systems and tools.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.About YouDegree qualified in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of process optimisation tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant software is highly desirable.What We OfferCompetitive salary package ($75,000 – $80,000 + Super).
