Business Development Representative
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by acquiring new agents and expanding existing relationships.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, negotiating, and signing contracts with new agents. You will also play a key role in driving activation processes, training locations, and ramping up new locations to achieve full revenue potential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed sales targets across your territory
* Manage end-to-end sales process for Independents
* Prospect, negotiate, sign contracts with new agents
* Drive activation process and train locations
* Ramp up new locations to achieve full revenue potential
* Manage existing accounts to increase same store sales
* Visit high-performing locations to identify and address issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in business development or external sales
* Effective management and conversion of a sales pipeline
* Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
* Ability to present and listen to agents
* Fluency in English is required
* Organization, written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work individually or collaboratively
