**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Day-to-day supervision of Project Supervisors.
2. Coordination of all business matters with appropriate personnel within the organization.
3. Understanding and implementing the business policies and procedures within the business.
4. Preparing a Site Safety Plan.
5. Attending handover meeting.
6. With successful time management and quality control of the projects.
7. Imparting his supervision and painting knowledge to the Supervisors and painters.
8. Identifying any skill shortfall or weakness in his supervisors and painters.
9. Ensuring the painting works are properly coordinated with the client.
10. Conducting, or cause to conduct, a weekly Tool Box Meeting on each project.
11. Assist in assessing invoice progress claims.
12. Ensure that supervisors keep the Equipment List for each branch updated as to the location of plant and equipment.
13. Project issues by exception as detailed above and a weekly report updating project status.
14. Ensuring the Company has the resources, both material and human, to fulfill contractual obligations.
15. Ensuring customer requirements are met and that all personnel are made aware of these requirements.
16. Ensuring that all information is communicated internally to company personnel.
