We are working directly with a leading client seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their growing team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on delivery role across a diverse portfolio of projects, managing the full lifecycle from design through to completion.
About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple retail-focused projects across WA. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end project management: feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Manage project budgets, programs, and risk
* Drive outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Monitor site progress and resolve issues to keep delivery on track
* Ensure all compliance, safety, and quality standards are met
About You
* 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in a client-side role.
* Background in delivering retail, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar
