Heavy Diesel Maintenance Manager
This role is responsible for the maintenance of heavy mobile equipment. You will lead a team to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
* Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to achieve high-quality results while maintaining a positive and safe working environment.
* Fleet Performance: Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to support continuous workshop operations while controlling costs.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies, and site safety procedures.
* Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and management teams, to provide updates on equipment availability, maintenance progress, and resource needs.
Essential Criteria:
* Certificate III in Engineering: A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent is required.
* Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in supervising teams in a similar role is essential.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mining or heavy earthmoving equipment is necessary.
* Maintenance Systems: A solid understanding of preventative maintenance systems, breakdown repairs, and component rebuilds is required.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to manage a diverse team.
