This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Operations & Systems Manager – NDIS, based in the Greater Adelaide Area. We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Operations & Systems Manager
to join our NDIS organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead day‑to‑day operations, and is passionate about driving quality service delivery and business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless execution of processes within the organization
* Previous experience in a management or senior operations role (NDIS or community services experience highly regarded).
* Strong understanding of NDIS processes, compliance, and reporting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound operational decisions.
* Problem-solving mindset and a high level of initiative.
