About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to provide administrative support across the Children, Young People and Family, Violence Abuse Neglect and Women's Services teams. These services play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable families and children in our community, and your work will directly contribute to the smooth delivery of care.
You'll work closely with a range of skilled health professionals who are both welcoming and highly supportive, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and strengthen your career in administration.
Your days will be varied - from managing rosters, supporting teams face-to-face and over the phone, through to problem-solving, planning and prioritising workflow. Strong reasoning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are key, as is your capacity to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About The Service
The role sits within Integrated Care Services, based at Taree Community Health and spanning a large geographical area across the Lower Mid North Coast. Travel between sites is part of the position.
Our shared office fosters collaboration and connection, while still allowing space for focused, client-centred work. You'll be part of a supportive workplace culture that values professionalism, empathy, and teamwork - all while prioritising your wellbeing and growth.
About The Lower Mid North Coast
With rivers, beaches, lakes and rainforests on your doorstep, the Lower Mid North Coast offers an enviable lifestyle in the heart of the Barrington Coast region. Taree and Forster are vibrant hubs, just three hours from Sydney and two from Newcastle, with affordable housing, quality schools, and plenty of dining and shopping options.
Enjoy surfing, swimming, sailing, scuba diving, or dolphin and whale watching. Inland, explore Booti Booti National Park, Cape Hawke, and a range of local markets. It's no wonder this is a lifestyle many holidaymakers seek year-round.
