It's definitely for you if you lovecustomer service, stock management, Catalogue set ups, coaching your team on service and sales, managing store sales targets and tasks, implementing in-store incentives to drive sales and KPI results, setting up in-store promotions, Visual merchandising, managing store expenses including wages, and working with Centre Management to maximise local marketing opportunities to help drive sales performance. - 3 years' minimum retail or hospitality experience, so we know you will know your stuff.
- To be a strong and experienced leader, leading and managing teams to achieve success.
- To have a high level of business acumen so you can understand your financial reports and know how your business is trackingnot a numbers nut, but you know your way around a report.
- To be able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment i.e., expert ball juggler.
- To understand loss prevention, and health & safetyyes, we know compliance is important too.
- To have a flair for executing marketing campaigns. The fun stuff!!
