About the Role
Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator CNS2 to join their team in Lismore. This role is responsible for facilitating identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and the coordination of appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referral to services for school aged children and young people attending designated primary and secondary schools. The WHIN Coordinator works in identified local schools and applies their specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience and skill in providing complex nursing care for school aged children and young people in these schools.
